We work hard to get your order to you quickly. Our standard commitment is to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days, unless a specific, longer lead time is clearly noted on the individual product page. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing all the tracking details.
For deliveries within the UK, we aim to have your goods delivered within 3 working days from the time of dispatch. If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can immediately check on the status of your delivery. For deliveries to Europe, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If your country is not listed, please reach out to us, and we will happily provide a specific delivery quote.
Returns and Refunds Policy

If You Wish to Return an Item
If you simply change your mind or do not like an item, you can easily return it for a full refund of the item’s cost (excluding the original delivery charges). Just contact us within 14 days of the date you received your order, and our team will guide you through the return process. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s) to our warehouse.
If an Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
Our quality control team inspects every order before it leaves us, so damage is extremely rare. However, if a product arrives damaged, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We require a couple of photos illustrating the issue to assess your complaint. If your issue is eligible, we will then work with you to arrange a full refund, repair, or replacement. We will cover the costs associated with collecting or returning the faulty item.
Missing Items and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that part of your order is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can quickly investigate and rectify the situation. If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days. Please contact us to get the return instructions (return shipping is at your cost). Once the original item is back in our warehouse, we will then process your exchange.
Order Cancellation
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse by simply contacting us for a full refund. Once an item has been delivered, you still have the option to cancel your order within 14 days, following the standard return procedure detailed above.
Refund Processing Time
For security purposes, we can only issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase. We promise to process your refund within 7 working days from the time we receive your returned items. Please allow an additional 5 days for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.
