We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all products. Our process involves a short 1–2 day handling time, followed by a delivery window of 2–5 days.


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our primary return window lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for perishable goods, intimate/sanitary items, hazardous materials, or digital downloads. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.

Refunds and Partial Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note that sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds. Partial refunds may be granted only in specific circumstances, such as for items not in their original condition, damaged items, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund hasn’t appeared, first check your bank and contact your credit card company, as there is often a processing time involved. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@eurofurnish.co.uk.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please send us an email at info@eurofurnish.co.uk and follow our instructions for the return shipment.

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, please mail it to the following address:

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. For items valued over $95, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit once the return is processed. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
